Order confirmation:
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive
a second email from UPS when your order is shipped so that you may track your package.
Credit Cards:
We accept the following cards as means of payment for purchases: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover.
Purchases are charged to your credit card when we ship your order. Please be sure to provide the CVV code and exact billing address for your card. Incorrect information may cause delays or cancellation of your order.
Shipping:
All orders ship via UPS Ground at a flat rate of $10.00 and typically ship within 1 week if we have the piece(s) in stock. All others will ship within 2 weeks of placing the order. Expedited shipping is available upon request. If you would like expedited shipping, please let us know in the comments section of the order form or contact us at orders@zoechicco.com after you complete your order.

Taxes:
All orders that ship within California are subject to an 8.25% sales tax.
Customers Outside the United States:
We welcome international orders.

All international buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government.
Custom orders:
We make all of our pieces by hand in our studio. Therefore, some pieces can be customized upon request (such as chain lengths, charms, etc.) If you would like to customize a piece, please contact us at orders@zoechicco.com to see if it is possible and what the price will be. Some customized pieces may not be returnable. If that is the case, we will let you know before we process your order.
Product Care:
Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care to enjoy our jewelry for a long time.
The majority of our collections consist of 14k gold and sterling silver & can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaner. Please note that the extension chains on the 14k gold necklaces are 14k GOLD FILLED (in order to give you length options while keeping the cost lower). On sterling silver & gold filled pieces (and extension chains) the metal may darken or tarnish with normal wear. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth. Our Zoe Chicco logo tags are gold & silver plated and should not go into jewerly cleaner or an ultrasonic or they will loose their color. The plating on the tags may wear off over time. If you have a metal allergy or simply do not want us to put gold filled extension or a tag on your piece, just let us know and we will make it for you without them.
Because most of the stones we use are natural gemstones and pearls, they may vary in shape, size and color. Inclusions can be seen in natural stones and is a part of their beauty. Pearls and most gemstones do not stand the force of cleaning agents, polishing cloth or ultrasonic cleaners.
